She completed her Bachelor of Business (Major in Accounting) at Central Queensland University in 2012 and commenced working at BDO Australia as a graduate accountant for two years. She has also worked with HLB Mann Judd as a senior consultant in Business Advisory Division and she became a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2019. She is currently undertaking Master of Tax at The University of Melbourne.
Niranjala has a strong level of analytical skills with high attention to details and she is result-focused with a track record of success assisting a broad range of clients to achieve tax regulatory compliance and positive financial outcomes. She has assisted clients in relation to Small Business CGT concessions, potential application of GST Margin Scheme and assisted clients how to avoid Division 7A issues.
She is currently working on listed and unlisted public entities in different vertical industries ranging from medical research company Patrys Limited, to mining and exploration company Celamin Holdings Limited as well as a renewable energy company that develops power generation projects to decarbonise Australia in Countrywide Renewal Hydrogen Limited.
